FORGED CONNECTING RODS I for VW / AUDI 1.9L AND 2.0L TDI DIESEL 144×26 ZRP

Audi / VW Diesel 1.9L and 2.0L TDI connecting rods are made of high strength 4340 steel, they are designed for high performance, extreme durability and extra rigidity. These rods have a tapered pin end, so they are also compatible with OEM pistons. The bearings are made of AMPCO 18 material for excellent wear and fatigue resistance and have a radial groove for the oil reservoir. They are shot peened to relieve material stress and heat treated in multiple stages to increase rigidity. Tight tolerances in the production process, ensure a perfect fit while optimizing oil clearances. Bending and torsion are tightly controlled.

Each rod includes ARP 2000 cap fasteners rated at 220,000 psi, optional ARP Custom Age 625+ material 280,00 psi available as an upgrade and the complete kit comes with ARP moly and full fitting instructions.
