CTS Turbo EA113 2.0T BOSS600 turbo kit (GTI/Jetta MK5, Golf R MK6, Audi A3/S3 8P)

CTS Turbo is proud to announce the release of the BOSS600 for FSI (Belt Driven Engine) owners.

After a long and tedious R&D process, our engineers have finalized this turbo upgrade kit to create a modular assembly capable of producing over 600 hp and offering long-term reliability.

At the heart of our aptly named BOSS (Bolt-On Speed ​​Solution), the FSI upgrade kit utilizes our proprietary CHRA and installs into a CTS exhaust housing. This housing is carefully cast and machined in-house to be compatible with any exhaust downpipe. The volute area has been designed for a diameter of approximately 0.63 AR. This results in excellent boost response and eliminates any possible restriction.

Don't be fooled by other manufacturers who install a larger turbo in a stock housing. It's not advantageous, and that's why we made our own!

Custom oil/water lines complete this kit to provide easy installation, simple adjustment, and trouble-free operation.

Exclusive custom molded silicone hoses connect the turbo to your turbo outlet and inlet pipe.

Currently the BOSS turbo upgrade is only compatible with the CTS Turbo intake, however, other intakes could be made to work - unfortunately we cannot provide advice for fitting other manufacturers' intakes.

You can use a CTS Turbo or other bypass/dump valve. Only OEM or CTS Turbo outlet pipes are compatible at this time.

The Golf R MK6 or Audi S3 8P will require a DV blocking plate, please see below.
