V-band stainless steel exhaust 70mm.

Stainless steel V-band kit with male/female positioning groove for perfect alignment of the two flanges (example = photo 2) or also called flanges. These flanges are machined from quality stainless steel on numerically controlled machines and are welded directly onto the two parts of the line to be connected. Then the collar holds the two parts of the line in position. It also ensures, thanks to its V system, a perfect seal between the two parts.

The advantage of using a V-band kit is that you can mount and dismount your stainless steel exhaust line very quickly and easily. Simply loosen the lock nut (without Teflon) to dismount your line, it is not necessary unlike other V-bands to completely remove the nut to open the clamp.

A V-band kit withstands high temperatures very well.

Specification of the 2.75" V-Band Weld-on Kit - Flanges + 70 mm Stainless Steel Collar

V-Band fittings allow you to quickly assemble/disassemble your exhaust and guarantee a perfect seal. They do not require additional gaskets.

This welding kit consists of two flanges to weld onto your exhaust pipes, and a clamp to connect the assembly. This kit can also be used when fitting a turbo to the V-Band exhaust outlet.

The assembly is made entirely of stainless steel to guarantee a long service life, excellent resistance to numerous assemblies/disassemblies, and a total absence of seizure and rust even under the strongest constraints (extreme temperatures at the turbo outlet for example).
