The ZRP crankshaft for Audi and Volkswagen 1.9L and 2.0L TDI 8-valve (PD130 / PD160) is manufactured from solid 4340 aircraft-grade steel. No compromises have been made on the quality of the materials to ensure the best quality product. This carefully designed crankshaft, based on our extensive experience, delivers optimal engine performance. Its production process includes very strict controls ensuring the highest quality and tight tolerances for a perfect fit. The Audi diesel crankshaft is fully balanced to 1 g.cm / - 0.1 g on state-of-the-art Sunnen machines. A balancing report is included. See the specific specifications for your application below.
